Invercarse Hotel Dundee, BW Signature Collection

The staff, for the best part of our stay, were courteous and friendly. There were one or two occasions where it seemed a bit too much effort when requests were made to the serving staff but other than that, very good. We ate on both of the nights we were there and there were no complaints, from our group of 10, about the food that was served and it was all acceptable value. The breakfast was very good and offered lots of variation and they did their best to supply any special requests that were made. The bar staff were friendly and engaging.

Everything! The hotel was stunning, outside and in. Beautiful drive way up to the hotel with a very pretty garden out the front with seating and picnic tables. Parking was ample and safe. Beautiful light fitting in the reception area-stunning! Very friendly staff to greet us and an equally nice lady to say goodbye in the morning. Our room was so clean and cosy and the bed was so very comfy. We had a great night's sleep. The facilities were very clean and the bathroom was actually very large. So very happy we chose this hotel and we would definitely stay again.

We used this hotel when my Daughter was rushed from Aberdeen to Ninewells hospital. So wasn't able to use the hotel to full advantage. What I will say cause at time of booking wasn't sure how many nights everyone at hotel worked with us to let stay at that hotel. Bernard and Neil the night porters were amazing and very chatty. The taxi call button on reception was our best friend unfortunately but again couldn't fault that the longest we waited for a taxi was 8minutes which is nothing. Our 1 night stay ended up 5 nights but will be back and hopefully get the benefit of bar,food and lovely views. Thanks to all staff especially Lesley for your help and support in our difficult situation.

Such a lovely Ambience to this hotel, it is in a great location with fabulous views over the Tay, the staff are attentive and friendly and very efficient, the rooms are lovely, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom and proper heating too - i.e. Radiators !! which is great !! A Big car park and excellent food in the restaurant and quality food and plenty of choice for breakfast too, a comforatsbls lounge area to sit in with a nice drink from the well stocked bar - only downside for me was my length of stay wasn't long enough - I really enjoyed my stay at the Invercarse Hotel - I highly recommend this !!!!

Lovely traditional, picturesque hotel Staff were very helpful My partner enjoyed his breakfast Very comfortable bed. Quiet room. A great sleep! Nice shower The hospitality for the Funeral Reception was good
